This actually was a Linksys Small Business product previously. We were able to set it up for WAN failover between two connections (tricky, because as you say, the manual isn't exactly helpful) but I don't recall it having policy based routing. More than happy to be proven wrong though!

I am trying to configure a couple of VLAN's on the RVS4000. The router lets me enter VLAN ID's with no problem, but there doesn't seem to be a screen to configure the network component and DHCP for the newly setup VLAN's. I backed up the router configuration and printed it. There are several VLAN
