Well I cancelled my Sky Q package ans was sent a box to send my main 2TB box and mini with a pre-paid sticker. I was going on holiday so packed it up ready to take to the Post office when I got back. I was surprised to get an email from Sky when I was on holiday saying thanks for returning the equipment and it is now with the courier.
